Office Administrator/Front Desk Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Welcome walk-in clients with enthusiasm
  • Answer and Direct telephone calls
  • Process payments; cash and new business
  • Data Entry
  • Claim entry, CNP/Reinstatements; 2A’s (standard response - Form Letter, Esale Documentation, prepare Registry work)
  • Sort, scan and distribute daily mail
  • Balance and post cash payments
  • Assist Accounting Dept. with commission statements
  • Manage and distribute incoming fax/emails
  • Organize office meetings and functions
  • Oversee office and manage office purchasing (office supplies, business cards)
  • Open and Close the office
  • Oversee general office tasks
  • Deliver Mail to P.O.  each afternoon
